Dermaplane
This involves using a surgeon's scalpel at an angle to exfoliate the topical layer of dead cells called corneocytes. This is an advantageous protocol because it not only removes superficial dead skin but also unwanted hair, albeit, temporarily. It may cause some redness, especially in someone with sensitive skin, but this subsides in an hour or so.

Medical Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive skin treatment that removes the damaged and dead uppermost layer of skin cells to reveal healthy skin cells beneath. Medical Microdermabrasion consists of a jet of micro crystals (aluminum oxide) which are propelled through a small, hollow, pencil-like hand piece across the skin's surface, removing the damaged and dead skin cells with vacuum pressure. It is an effective acne treatment that reduces scars, wrinkles and hyper pigmentation. Microderm- abrasion does not use irritating chemicals or knives, and there is no down time. It isn't painful and is a portion of the cost of undertaking cosmetic surgery.

Dermal Fillers
